Description: The mining cutting tools are widely used on excavation machines, shearers, continuous miner, iron ore, etc. Carbide tips are selected grade of tungsten carbide to ensure greater hardness for better cutting performance. Alloy steel body, made by material ASTM4140 or 42CrMo, the heat treatment with 38-42HRC, has high toughness and wearable character. By well executed brazing process, we combine the carbide tips and steel body firmly together.
