■Description

Application & features: Heterogenic metal wire always use cemented carbide rolls. Mainly used for rolling of high precision, high finish, various black, coloured, rare metal wire rods.
As the testing feedback from many customers, after use the rolls, the quality, precision and yield will be more improved.

We can make the rolls within diameter Φ350mm and it can roll the metal wire of thickness 0.05-8mm.
Note: welcome OEM&ODM and we can produce the rolls as drawings.
Surface: unground, finished ground, polished are ok.
Grade: Common grades, ISO grades, specified grades or we can match material as per quest.
